The Honors College at Brescia University is excited to announce the Call for Submissions to the 2023 Celebration of Excellence. We encourage all students to submit work for this academic showcase. At this time, we plan to host the Celebration of Excellence with both in-person and distance presentations through ZOOM. The in-person presentations will take place in the C.E. Field Center for Professional Studies.
The event will take place on April 23, 2023 after the Honors Convocation. Please see the notice below and the materials attached. Cash awards go to the outstanding presentations. (Please note the award for winning “Group Service Project” goes to the group represented, not individuals.) The submission deadline is April 14, 2023. There is a limit of the total number of entries for most categories (see attached descriptions for further explanation). We try to balance the number of submissions in categories and allow each student who submits to present; however, we include a limit in the event that we are not able to do so. Students will be informed via email if their submissions are accepted for presentation no later than April 18, 2023. Please use the Sway below to more about the event and how to submit.
Please keep in mind students can submit work from summer 2022, fall 2022, and spring 2023 semesters.
